Bonus terms and conditions in plain language
Before you can withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must use that bonus as a bet a set number of times — this is called wagering or rollover. Example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you receive a 120% bonus of ৳1,200 and your total balance becomes ৳2,200. A 25x wagering requirement means you need to place ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets before you can withdraw the bonus winnings.
When an active bonus is in place, there is usually a maximum limit on each bet. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being cancelled. Read the terms and conditions on that page carefully before claiming a bonus.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%, but live table games or casino games may contribute a lower percentage. The specific rates are stated in the bonus terms and conditions.
Each bonus has a specific active period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled. So note the expiry date as soon as you claim a bonus.
With a non-sticky bonus, once wagering is complete you can only withdraw the winnings — the original bonus amount is removed. With a sticky bonus, the original bonus amount remains in your balance as well. Which type applies is clearly stated in the bonus terms.
