1 General Terms and Acceptance
These terms and conditions apply to all services and features of the bajiok platform. By browsing the bajiok website or creating an account, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
bajiok is an online gaming and betting platform built for Bengali-speaking users in Bangladesh. This platform is designed for personal entertainment, and any commercial reuse or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
2 Account Registration and Eligibility

If bajiok finds evidence of a minor's involvement in any account, that account will be closed immediately and any funds held in it may be forfeited.
4 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy
bajiok currently supports transactions through Bangladesh's common mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Deposit
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (the same for each method).
- Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
- Depositing through third-party accounts or anonymous methods is prohibited.
Withdrawal
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method as the deposit.
- To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must be met.
For any suspicious transactions or unusual activity, bajiok reserves the right to temporarily hold the withdrawal process for verification purposes.
5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
Before accepting any bonus or promotion offer from bajiok, it is essential to read the associated terms carefully. A bonus is never direct cash; wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
For example: a 120% welcome bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit gives ৳1,200 in bonus funds, making the balance ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, a total of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.
- A player may not hold more than one welcome bonus at a time.
- Bets placed with bonus funds will count towards wagering requirements.
- bajiok reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual betting patterns are detected.
- Bonus offers apply for personal, non-commercial use only.
6 Gaming Policy and Fair Play Rules
All games on the bajiok platform — slots, live casino, fishing games, baccarat, roulette, and sports betting — are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Game results are entirely dependent on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
Any form of cheating, software hacking, unauthorized access to game systems, or attempts to gain a technical advantage are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately.
- If a dispute arises over a game result, the decision of bajiok's management will be considered final.
- bajiok has the right to void a game if an abnormal result occurs due to a technical error.
- For multi-bets, system bets, or combined bets, a win is confirmed only if all selections are correct.
7 Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajiok platform:
- Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
- Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
- Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial means.
- Fraudulent conduct towards other users or syndicate betting.

- Logging in or attempting to log in using another person's account details.

Anyone involved in any of the above activities may have their account terminated and all balances forfeited.
8 Account Suspension, Closure and Recovery
bajiok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or incorrect information during identity verification.
- Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Orders from a court or government authority.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the customer service team via live chat or email. It is advised to withdraw all remaining balance before closing the account.
9 Limitation of Liability and Legal Disclaimer
bajiok is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss, data loss, technical issues, or third-party actions arising from use of the platform. However, the highest level of technical security is always maintained to protect users' interests.
